The institute provides a framework to think and work in a quiet, traditional surrounding. We have guest-rooms and are happy to welcome traditionally minded scholars who’d like to work here and take part in every-day work: wood chopping in the forest, grass cutting, planting, harvesting, cleaning and so on. The languages most commonly spoken are German, Italian, and English.
The hamlet can be reached by private cable-car from Cresmino (bus stop “Cresmino funivia”, at own cost) in 10 minutes or on foot from Intragna in 50 minutes. We have electricity, internet, and running water, heating is done by wood from the local forest, irrigation with water from our own source.
